DVB TTML Specification published

This supports generic TTML in DVB MPEG-2 Transport Streams and IMSC 1.0.1 and EBU-TT-D 1.0.1. The default conformance requirement is the intersection of EBU-TT-D 1.0.1 and IMSC 1.0.1 but others can be used and signalled.

This spec also has the richest model I'm aware of so far for signalling the language, intent and purpose of the subtitle track.
