The ``xml:base`` attribute is missing from the following elements that employ a possibly relative ``<uri>`` valued attribute, e.g., ``src`` and ``xlink:href``:
- ``audio``
- ``data``
- ``font``
- ``image``
- ``span``
- ``source``
