skynavga has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2:

== Rewrite version 1 features as references to [TTML1]. ==
In order to avoid potential ambiguity, rewrite all version 1 feature designator descriptions by making direct reference to their definitions in [TTML1].

This is effectively an editorial change since it does not impact conformance.
