Thank you Thierry, I've gone through the issues and they all look good to me (I made a few tweaks directly for minor editorial points). I asked Pierre to check the fix for issue #4 (https://github.com/w3c/charter-timed-text/issues/4) since we were not completely prescriptive about the fix, but it looks fine to me. That leaves one open issue: Implement WebVTT resolution <https://github.com/w3c/charter-timed-text/issues/21> David, please could you take this up, noting the tight timescale?
