nigelmegitt has just created a new issue for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Prioritise loaded fonts when selecting font == #368 introduces via #650 some of the semantics from CSS Fonts Level 3, but not the part that describes behaviour in case a remote font resource is lazily loaded but not yet available when it is needed.
