Proposed joint telecon with APA

We have been invited to a joint telecon with APA, who meet on Wednesdays 12pm Boston (1700 UTC), to discuss in particular IMSC, following the issues raised by APA recently. There has been discussion additionally for WebVTT, which I have not yet caught up on, so that could be in scope of the discussion too.

Please let me know if you'd be able to join, and if so if you'd prefer:
