new requirement submitted for subtitles in 360°/VR

Dear all,

I'd like to inform you that I just created a new requirement here for subtitles in 360°/VR: https://github.com/w3c/tt-reqs/issues/8

As some of you might know, IRT currently participates in a project that investigates how accessibility services can be implemented in 360° and VR environments (Project Immersive Accessibility, www.imac-project.eu<http://www.imac-project.eu>).
