TTML1 CR2 request for transition

All,

the CfC I issued at https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-tt/2018Jul/0115.html on 17th July has now closed with no objections to requesting transition to CR2 received.

I therefore declare that we have consensus to request transition of TTML1 3rd Edition to CR2 based on the the version at https://rawgit.com/w3c/ttml1/feature/move-to-CR2-build/index.html which has now been updated with appropriate publication and review dates.

Thierry, please could you request the transition?
