[ttml2] COMMA delimiter missing in <text-shadow>

== COMMA delimiter missing in <text-shadow> ==
As currently specified, the `<text-shadow>` syntax cannot distinguish between a list of three shadows each with two components, and a list of two shadows each with three components.

Suggest specifying the following, which matches CSS:

```
  : "none"
  | <shadow> (<lwsp>? "," <lwsp>? <shadow>)*
```
