Which PR are we talking about?

https://github.com/w3c/webvtt/pull/438 and
https://github.com/w3c/webvtt/pull/437 both have some comments from
me, which are as yet unaddressed.

In addition: https://github.com/w3c/webvtt/pull/437 asks Thierry about
what the W3C usual approach is to mentioning work done in a CG within
a CR of a WG.
