Editor for the VTT spec.

Hi

as I think you all know, Simon Pieters has stepped down as editor of the VTT specification. We will miss him greatly, and I think I am not alone in saying he did a great job.

So as not to leave us editor-less, Silvia has agreed to step-in, for the time being. If anyone else feels they could join the editing team, let Silvia and me know; I don’t think the load is, or will be, large.

A big thank-you to Silvia to agreeing to do this ‘in her spare time’ (does anyone know what that is?)
