[imsc] Update Abstract to include relationship to TTML2 and deprecation model

The abstract (or initial top level sections) should indicate that:
- IMSC1.1 is based on a restricted set of features from TTML2
- but it remains backwards compatible with IMSC1.0.1
- because most IMSC1.0.1 features are covered in TTML2 (by compatibility with TTML1)
- because it imports the features not in TTML1 from IMSC1.0.1 (in the IMSC namespace) 
- but it deprecates the IMSC1.0.1 syntax/namespace for those features in favor of the equivalent TTML2 syntax/namespace
