Re: Objections to TPAC resolutions on IMSC1.1

The speed of movement in CSS is partly in our hands. We can and have
contributed use cases and offered assistance in defining e.g. Test cases,
and should continue to do so, if necessary by TTWG members joining CSS WG.
CSS WG has been willing to respond to our requests to communicate.
