It turns out that requiring this question to be answered means that you cannot leave any of the answers as "Don't Mind". I've changed it to be an optional question so you should be able to submit the form now.

I'm having some trouble with the form. It does not validate and says:

"Your answers have NOT been registered because of the following errors:
The question 'Agenda topics' must be answered."

I have tried several ways to fill the 'Agenda topics' part but none of them worked ...
Any idea?
