That will set up for logging etc.

Then to make the minutes,

rrsagent, make minutes

And I guess you can collectively work out or recall the rest. If you want to use github-bot, start a topic:

SUMMARY: we talked about fixing it
Or
RESOLUTION: fix it by doing X
Topic: a new topic
