[TTWG] Call for consensus for IMSC pull request 220

As discussed during Thursday's TTWG meeting I have prepared a pull request to add a security and privacy considerations section to the WD of IMSC 1.0.1. This has had two reviews (thank you!) and been updated to address the review points.

If you have not already, please could you review the pull request at https://github.com/w3c/imsc/pull/220/files and if it is acceptable, mark it as such on the pull request (Review changes green button at top right, "approve", or add comments to explain if you need further changes to be made).

Since our intent is to publish this as a WD for wide review the measure for approval should be "is it okay now for publication and wide and horizontal review" rather than "is it perfect for the end state of this specification".

I am requesting positive review in order to expedite publication speedily. Positive approval here from active members would reduce the risk of a late objection within the Group's decision policy review period of 10 working days and therefore allow us to publish the WD for wide review with less likelihood of having to update it in a few weeks.

kind regards,

Nigel
