Nigel, As I said during the TTWG call today, if the TTWG collects enough IMSC1.0.1 implementation experience very soon, the TTWG could publish a PR doc on TR before the end of the Call for Exclusion. The CfE sent today lasts 60 days . It ends on sept 11th. Per W3C Process, the Proposed Recommendation review should be at least 10 days after the end of the last Exclusion Opportunity [1] Therefore if we want to do a fast path, PR review should end at minimum on Sept 22th. The REC could be published early october. So the 28 days PR review could start for example August 24 th or earlier and ending not ealier than Sept 22th. A slower path would be to wait for CFE to end on sept 11th and then publish a PR draft on sept 15th. It would need another 28 days PR review. Therefore it could become a REC at end of october.
