Hi Glenn,

As the original commenter and TTML2 editor, can you look at issue #212
[1] in light of the discussion there and the closing of issue #209
(without modifications to TTML1)?

Specifically, are any changes necessary to TTML1 prose to (a) make it
reflect implementation reality and (b) compatible with TTML2?
