The following issues and PRs are blocking IMSC and/or TTML1.

I recommend that they be added to the agenda of our telecon tomorrow,
with the objective of closing them.

smpte:backgroundImage in favor of tt:image)
https://github.com/w3c/imsc-vnext-reqs/issues/13 (is tts:textShadow required?)
