IMSC1 Test Suite

Good morning/evening,

Per my action item, an initial pass at an IMSC1 test suite has been
committed to [1].

The test suite consists of TTML source files located under ./ttml, and
matching exemplar rendererings under ./png. The exemplar renderings
are generated using the imscJS library, with the root container mapped
onto a 640x360 gray pixel array and each exemplar rendering
corresponding to an ISD.

I expect the test suite will evolve as we encounter corner cases, and
refine the existing tests.

Issues should be filed at https://github.com/w3c/imsc-tests/issues.
