   nigel: I also pinged the public reflector of the web & tv IG
   asking for a chair.
   ... Giuseppe responded to say he won't be at TPAC. But I think
   saw a draft agenda somewhere
   ... that had us on it.
   ... So that's a bit like progress! I plan to add more
   explanatory detail in a follow up email.

   nigel: In that case, since it would be our last meeting before
   TPAC, let's make sure anything
