David, Thank you for your processing the wide review comments we received on our First Public WD. Those wide review comments were raised about WebVTT First Public Working Draft dated 13 November 2014. http://www.w3.org/TR/2014/WD-webvtt1-20141113/ Most comments received from CSS, I18N and WAI were received in March, April and June 2015. https://www.w3.org/wiki/WebVTT_Wide_Review Since then WebVTT as changed with new drafts. A second WD was published on TR on 08 December 2015 http://www.w3.org/TR/2015/WD-webvtt1-20151208/ So this TR Draft didn't get wide review. Another Draft Community Group Report, 15 July 2016 is now ready. https://w3c.github.io/webvtt/ I am not sure how much of review comments issues/proposal it incorporate. We should have a better idea from your comments processing. I couln't find a change section in the editor's draft, but looking at the diff from FPWD and CG Draft [1], there are a lot of changes that look substantial. A new WD should be published on TR soon. As we discussed during the TTWG F2F in Lisbon, this new draft on TR should trigger another wide review to take those changes into consideration. Cheers, Thierry [1] http://services.w3.org/htmldiff?doc1=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FTR%2F2014%2FWD-webvtt1-20141113%2F&doc2=https%3A%2F%2Fw3c.github.io%2Fwebvtt%2F+ Thu, 9 Apr 2015 11:21:22 +0200
