nigelmegitt has just submitted a new pull request for https://github.com/w3c/ttml2: == Make issue links point to github issues == Convert all the issue links from tracker issues to github issues. Necessitates a change to the issue identification scheme. Instead of issue-nnn we now have two independent number spaces so use issue-ttml1-nnn and issue-ttml2-mmm as appropriate. Need to be careful of moving/duplicating issues from TTML1 into TTML2 spaces, in the future. See https://github.com/w3c/ttml2/pull/147
