Glenn,

Thank you for your input and updating the IMSC1 Implementation Report 
[2]. That is very good news.

Looking at this IMSC1 Implementation Report, ALL the tests have now two 
passing implmentations. This means we now fullfill our CR exit criteria, 
according to these tests.
