The following timeExpressions are forbidden:

#time-clock-with-frames
#time-offset-with-frames
#time-offset-with-ticks
#time-offset

Why? AFAIK all can be unambiguously converted to HH:MM:SS.fraction. Annex N.2 of TTML1, for instance, specifies the conversion of frame-based expressions to time-based expressions.
