closing out our 'wide review' comments

Hi

we need to get dispositions on all the comments we received from last review.  Most of them are well on the way, and a few are indeed closed.  I just went through and looked at every bug, and tried to start capturing tentative conclusions.

Can everyone do the same, comment on bugs that aren’t closed (or indeed on ones that are if you disagree) and we can start closing this puppy down!

We do need to decide: are we putting in-file style-sheets in the CR (marked ‘at risk’ as it’s not implemented)?  I think we should.  Others?

(We also need overall language, and text direction, in-file, it seems).
