ISSUE-388 (timebase-media): ttp:timeBase not required on tt [TTML IMSC 1.0] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/388 Raised by: Pierre-Anthony Lemieux On product: TTML IMSC 1.0 IMSC1 currently requires ttp:timeBase="media" on tt. Based on the study of the test files contributed by DECE, which omit ttp:timeBase="media", and the fact that ttp:timeBase="media" is the default if ttp:timeBase is not specified, ttp:timeBase="media" should not be required on tt, i.e. use of the #timeBase-media feature is required but ttp:timeBase="media" is not required.
