ISSUE-378 (frame-rate-constraints): Relax constraints on ttp:frameRate and related video object [TTML IMSC 1.0] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/378 Raised by: Pierre-Anthony Lemieux On product: TTML IMSC 1.0 Remove from IMSC1 the constraint that "if ttp:frameRate is specified, then the product of ttp:frameRate and ttp:frameRateMultiplier shall be the frame rate of the related video object", and instead rely on the formula mapping hh:mm:ss:ff notation to media time in TTML1 SE. This allows frame rate-independent authoring.
