Re: [minutes] TTWG call june 18th 2015

Technically, with HTMLCue, a browser would not need to natively support any
particular cue format. But the main use case is to support cue formats that
are not natively supported. This allows an author supplied JS
implementation that supports an otherwise supported cue format.
