Additional IMSC Tests

SKYNAV will be submitting at least 50 and probably more like 60 - 75
additional IMSC tests, most of which test behavior in the presence of
content that violates mandatory semantic constraints. A preview of these
tests can be found under the following directory [1], with the IMSC related
tests starting having a prefix of "imsc1-invalid-" or "imsc1-valid-".
