I support this.  

Further, I propose that the new process be adopted for TTML2 and IMSC.  The
same benefits of agility and time to publication apply, and further I think
it would be confusing for the WG and the public to have 3 Recs concurrently
using a different processes. As I understand the W3C directive, the WG can
make this switch.

If you are OPPOSED to using the 2014 process for the VTT document(s), please
speak up, or I will ask for it to happen.

I suggest I wait two weeks for a response, i.e. the deadline is the 17th of
September in this year of 2014.
