As discussed in meeting 14th August 2014, and Action-323, this issue is a general placeholder for the need to update SDP-US for TTML2, when TTML2 has settled.

This work includes for example updating the features and extensions to use the new extends/restricts semantics available in TTML2, on tts:color restrictions and possibly others.
