ISSUE-334: Misuse of style property characteristics with ttp:progressivelyDecodable [TTML IMSC 1.0] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/334 Raised by: Glenn Adams On product: TTML IMSC 1.0 IMSC1 misuses the characteristics of style properties in its definition of ttp:progressivelyDecodable. In particular, the characteristics 'initial', 'inheritable', 'percentages', and 'animatable' apply only to style properties, not TT parameters (ttp:*). Also, it is incorrect to state that it "Applies to head." It should follow all other ttp:* usage and be expressed upon and apply only to the root tt element.
