It is my pleasure to announce that "Timed Text Markup Language 1 (TTML1)
(Second Edition)" is a W3C Recommendation:

All Members who responded to the Call for Reviews [1] of the Proposed
Recommendation supported the specifications and agreed to the publication
as W3C Recommendation. As a result of review, editorial changes were made
to the specification [2].

achievement.

This announcement follows section 8.1.2 [4] of the W3C Process Document.
