I've updated the ED [1] in order to:

   - add note about a way to signal aspect ratio using external metadata
   (section 7.1.1)
   - subdivide section 9.3.3 into XSL-FO and HTML/CSS models, with initial
   (incomplete) draft of HTML/CSS based model
