ISSUE-257 (percentage on root element font size): Interpretation of percentage tts:fontSize on root (tt) element [TTML 1.0] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/257 Raised by: Glenn Adams On product: TTML 1.0 The definition of percentage on tts:fontSize (8.2.9) doesn't deal with its use on the root (tt) element. Probably should define in terms of computed cell size.
