TTV - A TTML Verification Tool

I've mentioned this a few times on our regular calls, but it is now time to
give some early notice of the availability of this tool [1]. Although there
are a few dozen additional semantic tests to be added, it is now able to
fully verify TTML1.0 documents against the full syntactic definitions of
the specification. In particular, it performs both XSD schema validation
using the existing W3C schema for TTML, and it also verifies the syntax of
all additional attributes that are typed as xs:string in the schema.

Feel free to start using the tool and add yourself as a watcher on the
repository to be notified about updates. If you encounter bugs or other
issues, please let me know or, preferably, create a new issue at [2].
