It's not just "industry". It's explicit in TTML for the initial cellResolution. I recommend you remove the SDP-US language entirely and just defer to TTML. As drafted now, it both conflicts with TTML and also what's needed for 608/708. 195 is relatively straight-forward and just about the initial cell height. 192 was about the cell width that is a moderately more difficult problem to address. Further, based on additional recent posts, it seems to me that it is one of a number of changes needed to achieve EBU-TT compatibility. I don't know what changes might be needed to address 192.
