Section B of the Simple Delivery Profile document maps both Background Color and Opacity and Window Color to #backgroundColor-*.  Based on Section 8.8.2 of the TTML spec, it seems that authors must define different regions to map to the Window and Background definitions in CEA708, then use #backgroundColor to specify the color of these regions.  It would be useful to have this described more extensively in the Simple Delivery Profile document.
