RE: Suggested Text for Issue-188 to Close Action-128

Perhaps it should state :
Use of a rendering and authoring constraint model would facilitate effective use of TTML to deliver closed captions to the Internet. Such a model could balance the minimum time period between subtitle events and the complexity of the document. The definition of such a constraint model could be considered for future work in TTWG

A rendering model further constraints the presentation processor in addition to what is defined in TTML 1.0. Some potential areas such as line or character rates, buffering, etc.

I take your point though we need to associate or differentiate this from what is defined in TTML 1.0.

The following text doesn't make any sense. Firstly, "rendering model" is not defined. Also, it isn't clear how such a model would differ from the region and layout presentation model defined in [1].

Add A.3 [1] that states:

Such a model could balance the minimum time period between subtitle events and the complexity of the document. [1] A.1 is font names. A.2 will be character edge attributes. A.3 is rendering model.
