For Action-128 (http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/actions/128) and Issue-188 (https://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/188). Add A.3 [1] that states: Use of a rendering model and authoring constraints would facilitate effective use of TTML to deliver closed captions to the Internet. Such a model could balance the minimum time period between subtitle events and the complexity of the document. The definition of such a rendering model could be considered for future work in TTWG. Monica [1] A.1 is font names. A.2 will be character edge attributes. A.3 is rendering model.
