Re: ACTION-80 PROPOSAL Use Case for Simple Delivery Profile

I have implemented this action including the changes from ACTION-85.
However, this document should not yet be published as a WG FPWD for the
following reasons:

(1) it needs to be valid, at present it has 885 errors according to [1]
(2) it's title and short name needs to be changed to tie it to US regional
usage

Since there are too many validation errors for me to edit, Monica please
edit the source and send me an update I can commit to the repository.
