IPCC dates and rules have been published

A few rulings are exempt from the timeline defined above.  A timeline for these specific items will be announced by the FCC at a later date.   These items pertain to such things as:

-- the obligation of video program owners to provide captions to distributors that are of at least the same quality as those provided at the time of the original broadcast;
-- exemptions for video program providers;
-- the processes for filing complaints;
-- hardware exemptions.
