TTAF1-DFXP Editor's Copy Update - 20090905

An updated editor's copy is available at [1], containing resolutions for the
following issues:

[GA-I-127-20090905] 8.3.7,B     add 'break' flow interval argument
[GA-I-129-20090905] 8.2.7       use 'break' flow interval argument in
tts:dynamicFlow example
[GA-I-130-20090905] E,G         add, rename feature designations
[GA-I-147-20090905] 6.2.11      clarify 'media time' when using clock timebase
[GA-I-148-20090905] 10.4        clarify 'offset based time' when using
media or continuous smpte timebase

This completes the resolution of all outstanding issues against DFXP 1.0.
Please review these changes, which, if no objection is raised, will result
in publishing a new (2nd) CR for DFXP based on this version of the editor's
copy.
