ISSUE-111 (metadata note): Section 12.1.1 Note [DFXP 1.0 (Editorial)] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/111 Raised by: Sean Hayes On product: DFXP 1.0 (Editorial) In section 12.1.1 the following Note appears: The meaning of a specific metadata item must be evaluated in the context of where it appears. The core vocabulary catalog permits an arbitrary number of metadata element children of any non-empty element type except for the body element. See specific element vocabulary definitions for any constraints that apply to such usage. According to the content model for <body> is does allow an arbitrary number of metadata elements. Propose strike the words : "except for the body element"
