"Subtitle Editor" supports TimedText

Hi,

In case this hasn't been noted before, I wanted to mention that
"Subtitle Editor", a GNU/Linux/*BSD editor for subtitles, supports
importing and exporting data in timed text format:

I don't know how complete their implementation is.
