ISSUE-147 (clock mode values): Define what frame values mean in a time expression in clock mode [DFXP 1.0] http://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/tracker/issues/147 Raised by: Sean Hayes On product: DFXP 1.0 In 10.4 (last bullet) we have: If the governing time mode is clock, then time expressions must be interpreted as equivalent to wallclock time expressions in [SMIL 2.1], where the applicable wallclock used is determined by the clock mode parameter. We need to define what a clock time with a frame part means (as opposed to a fraction, which is the only value allowed by SMIL 2.1); Suggested fix is to make specifying frames an error in this context.
