As the we were not a full group (present: Mike Dolan, Andrew Kirkpatrick and myself, plus Philippe at the end), there are no formal minutes either. Three actions arose from today's discussion : Mike D will draft a letter to be sent from Philippe to the CEA asking them to define current practice in the usage of 708. Mike D will send a pointer to some earlier work he did on test bit streams and an XML schema for 708. Sean H will review the FCC regulations as they apply to 708 and try and draft a 'current practices' annexe for the specification. Next week, David Kirby will resume as chair. I will not be able to attend.
