TOCC Meeting Minutes 2020-08-06

·      Mark: discussion of ISO 5087 status in WG 11

·      Delay of roughly a year for city level concepts to give tocc some
time to make progress

·      Mark will have 3 month’s resources to review existing city data
models

·      Ken: FIWARE developing public data model – we should reach out to
them

·      Picking up from last week’s discussion of ken’s comments

·      Governance (Ken):

o   Ken – present as an architecture, but we’re focused on the information
view and how it’s used (usage view)

o   Focus on stakeholder viewpoint concerns:

o   ACTION ITEM  (all) identify the minimum set of concerns that we need to
address for this effort

§  We can revisit this periodically as the collaboratory evolves and grows

o   ACTION ITEM (all) review complete resident pattern on collaboratory

§  Identify any expectations/concerns missing on the collaboratory

o   ACTION ITEM (Mark): finalize and post resident design pattern example
