# Substantive changes

We removed the following feature due to not enough implementation:

[Remove unidirectional touch-action values](https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/commit/281099dd3e857895846a0ac9b2b491230ca87925)

The values are still part of [Pointer Events 4](https://www.w3.org/TR/pointerevents4/#details-of-touch-action-values)

The values were discussed as far [back as 2015](https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/6).

# Any changes in requirements?

No requirements.

# Wide Review of substantive changes

We don't believe this affects horizontal review. The feature wasn't requested nor triggered horizontal issues.

Note that the i18n Working Group is still tracking [
‘Logical’ values for the ‘touch-action’ property](https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues/505), which has been pushed to v4 in the past.

# Issues status

All [issues](https://github.com/w3c/pointerevents/issues?q=label%3Av3) have been addressed.

# Formal Objections

None

# Any changes in implementation information?

We're wrapping up the implementation report.

Touch Action: [caniuse](https://caniuse.com/css-touch-action), []()

Pointer Events is on the [Interop 2025 list](https://wpt.fyi/interop-2025)

# Deadline for further comments

28 days from publication.

# Any changes in patent disclosures?

None
